- (2) Any joint use of the Customer Information stipulated in 3(1) will be conducted within the scope of the purposes of use specified in 2(2). The Company will assume full responsibility for all requests for disclosure, amendment, deletion, etc. of the Customer Information to be jointly used. Customers should contact the customer service center shown in 6 to request disclosure, amendment or deletion of their Customer Information.
4. Provision of Customer Information to Third Party
- Other than as specified in 5(2), or unless otherwise provided by law, the Company will not disclose or provide the Customer Information to any third party without obtaining the relevant customer’s approval.
5. Management of Customer Information
- (1) The Customer Information provided will be appropriately kept and managed in accordance with the law of China.
- (2) The Company sometimes employs an external service provider to perform the processing or management of the Customer Information. In that case, the Company will take an appropriate partner at its responsibility and perform necessary and appropriate supervision over such service provider.

3. Utilisation conjointe des Informations Clients
- (1) La Société utilisera les Informations Clients fournies par les clients, conjointement entre Piaget, Branch of Richemont Intl. SA et les sociétés apparentées de Piaget.
- (2) Toute utilisation conjointe des Informations Clients mentionnée en 3(1) sera réalisée dans le cadre des buts d’utilisation précisés en 2(2).
- La Société sera responsable de toutes les demandes d’accès, de modification, de rectification, de suppression etc. des Informations Clients utilisées conjointement. Les clients devront contacter le service client mentionné en 6 pour demander l’accès, la modification, la rectification ou la suppression de leurs Informations Clients.
4. Divulgation des Informations Clients à des tiers
- A l’exception de ce qui est précisé en 5(2), sauf disposition légale ou réglementaire contraire, et sauf si une décision de justice l’exige, la Société ne divulguera pas ou ne fournira pas les Informations Clients à des tiers, sans obtenir l’accord exprès du client.
5. Gestion des Informations Clients
- (1) Les Informations Clients fournies seront conservées de façon adéquate, et gérées conformément aux dispositions de la loi Française.
- (2) La Société a parfois recours à un fournisseur de service externe pour le traitement ou la gestion des Informations Clients. Dans ce cas, la Société prendra un partenaire adéquat, sous sa responsabilité, et procèdera à la supervision nécessaire et appropriée sur ce fournisseur de service.
6. Accès, modification, rectification ou suppression des Informations Clients
